The location was very convenient there. Tropical Grill, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel. Besides, it was good to have free parking. It was a 3-star venue in every way.

It's ideal place for visiting some must see attractions in New York City. The beds are comfortable. Worth its 3 stars.

Very friendly staff.very big and comfortable bed.clean room and bathroom.they have delivery service.they told me that there were fast food places nearby,although I didn't use them.to spend a night for an early flight is very good.
I had the foresight to ask them by mail and they kindly gave me the option that upon arrival at the Federal Circle Station I would call and they would send a taxi service to the hotel for a flat rate of $15. I was told that the taxi would arrive in 10 min. I did not arrive and called again. 45 min. passed and taxi never arrived. I had to return to the terminal and locate a taxi that would take me to the hotel much more expensive than the estimate. In the morning I had an early flight and person in the front desk kindly at 4 am requested the taxi. took 35 min. to arrive. young man at the desk went out several times worried that the taxi would not arrive. He was very attentive. taxi driver arrived asking for excuses but he generated anguish because although the taxi took 10 minutes to arrive at the airport because it was very early, it was 45 minutes invested in getting to the airport. Since they do not have shuttle service they should indicate this on the page, to evaluate options and additional cost of the taxi. if you have an agreement with a third party for a taxi service, look for serious and complimentary people, one normally arrives at these hotels near the airport because of early flights or missed connections usually just to spend the night and all the good that the hotel can offer is tarnished by the taxi service.

1St check in Door was broken took almost 2 hours for them to give us a new room and 30 mins more to get my bags out of the old room missed other dinner plans. 2Nd check in Left room on return room was not cleaned told front desk the bathroom was not working no one was told and it was not fixed came back to the room that night unclean and could not use the bathroom for almost 12 hours all that was done was a free late check out given I would never stay here or thell anyone to stay here ever!
